Working at a scale-up brings unforeseen opportunities across your path 🚙💨After 2.5 years of Implementing new propositions, innovations, and starting up new depots at Ampère, I am very excited and proud to announce that as of July 1st I will be transitioning into a newly introduced Management role within the Operations team of Rick Bakker. 🙌 As the “Head of Service & Administration”, I will lead a growing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. 🚀 My responsibilities will include the setting up and growing of our Customer Service, Fraud analysis, and Administrative capabilities, together contributing to smooth and continuous daily operations. 📦 Looking forward to this new challenge and to contributing to the further growth of Ampere. 🚚 💚 Feel free to reach out if you’d like to connect or discuss this new chapter.

What’s it like being the first employee to work remote within your company?It has been 6 months since I asked my employer to support me in my dream of going abroad for a longer period of time. One month later I boarded the plane to Thailand, with my work-laptop in my cabin luggage ✈️💻What are my learnings so far?1. Trust is the basis for remote working, you cannot expect that everyone will agree to it instantly, so come with a plan 🤝🏽2. Clear agreements around working time, location, and days help in evaluating “whether it works” ✅3. If financially possible, consider working part-time for balancing out work and travel 🏄♀️ 4. Working during the same hours as your colleagues will minimize impact of your chosen lifestyle and create a “work from home” vibe 👩🏼💻5. Slow-travel, because having some stability in your workweek will reward in effectivity, and it is fun to “really” get to know a location 🌎6. Appreciate your employer for allowing you to take the leap, sadly it is still unique to have this opportunity! 💚Five months in we have now worked in 6 different countries, and we are enjoying every moment 🌎✈️Happy to share more of my experiences so let me know if you have any specific questions! 💌

Assistent planner werkenbijampere.nlNog maar 200 dagen geleden openden we met Ampère onze eerste locatie in Utrecht en na Ridderkerk zijn we deze week gestart met ons 3e depot in Nijmegen!Binnen onze operatie zijn we door deze groei op zoek naar een assistent Transport- planner!
