Before assuming the role of CEO Gilad served as the company CFO andchief operations officer of the company

Before joining the company Gilad served asChief Financial Officer atCoreFlow, and Senior Manager at Ernst & Young.

Gilad graduated the University of Haifa with aBAdegree in Economics and has spent his career in roles of increasing responsibility giving him a great range of exposure and leadership in business planning, medical devices, entrepreneurship, venture capital, and biotechnology.

YoelZilberstienis the founder of Spectrum DynamicsMedicaland servestodayas Chief Technology Officer and heads thebusiness development of the company, Yoel is also responsible and is the inventor and co–inventor ofthecompany’s formidable patent and trade secretsportfolio.

Yoel started his careeras mechanical engineer inElscintin the nuclear medicine division wherehe developedmany of the technologies that have become standard within the SPECT industry.This division was later bought by GE. After leaving Elscint Yoel joinedBiosense who focused on Electro-Physiology where he co-invented an endo-vascular GPS guidance system today known as the Carto system.Biosense was laterbought byJohnson & Johnson.

In 2000Yoel founded the Spectrum Dynamics Medical with the vision of transformingtheslow andunclearanalognuclearimaging technology toclear, digital and almost onlineimaging.Therebyproviding the platforms for innovative clinical imagingtherapyguidingapplications.

Yoel holdsBScdegree in mechanical engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology.

Jim Haisler heads the global commercial operations ofSpectrum Dynamics Medicalbeing responsible for salesandmarketingofthe company’s products.

Jim brings tothecompanyextensive experience in general management, sales and marketing in the field of medical diagnostic imaging and therapy.

Prior to joiningthe company,Jimheld executive level sales management positions with Philips Medical Systems, PhyMatrix Diagnostic Imaging, Dornier Medical Systems, N.A. and ADAC Laboratories.

Jimhas an educational background in X-ray and Nuclear Medicine TechnologyandholdsanMBADegreein Business from Pepperdine University.

Chief R&D and Clinical Research Officer

NathanielRoth serves asSpectrum Dynamics MedicalVicePresidentofresearchand development where he oversees and leads the developmentof the company’s products, clinical research and innovativetechnologies.

Nathaniel joined the company as physicist later takingroles of Chief Physicist,Chief Physicist and Clinical Research Director,R&D managerbefore assuming his current role.

Prior to joining the company,Nathanielserved as physicist for EADS, a military field company.

Nathanielholds aMScdegreein physics from University of Nice, France with additional post graduate degree in optics from the University of Saint Etienne.

Tomer Gabay Serves as Spectrum Dynamics Medical CFO, being responsible for managing the company’s finances, including financial planning, management of financial risks, record-keeping, and financial reporting.

Prior to his appointment as CFO, Tomer Served as Director of Finance and controller of the company.

Before joining the company, Tomer served as an audit manager of public and private companies in various industries at PwC Israel.

Tomer brings over 10 years of experience in Finance, Business and Operations in global organizations as well as startups including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, negotiations, due-diligence and fund raising. Tomer holds a BA degree in economics and accounting, and is a certified public accountant.

Xin serves as Shanghai Guangmai (SD’s China Division) CEO since 2021.

Before joining the company, Xin served as CEO at Foze Medical Technology Limited and CEO at Shanghai Hi-tech Medical Technology limited for over 12 years.

Xin graduated from Kellogg School of management with MBA degree and from London School of Economics with MSc in Information Technology.

Ayelet Dekel serves as Spectrum Dynamics Medical Vice President of human resources, being responsible for theglobalpeople operations.

Ayeletjoinedthe companyassupply chainmanagerlater becomingVPofOperationsand HR manager before assuming her current role in the company.

Ayeletbrings to SpectrumDynamics20years of experience intheglobal operations and human resources management.

Ayeletholds aBSc degreeinindustrial engineeringandanAdvanced Certificate Studies in Human Resourcesfrom Bar Ilan University.

Amir Stadtmaueris responsible forleading theglobaloperations activitiesofSpectrum Dynamics Medical,which includesmanufacturing,sourcing,logistics,informationsystemandengineering.

Amirhas a vastsupplychain experienceofover 22 yearsinleadingoperationteamsofcapital equipment companies.

Amir holds anMScdegreein Industrial Engineering and Managementfrom Tel-Aviv University.

Ph.D. heads the global marketing operations of Spectrum Dynamics Medical.

Johann brings to the company extensive experience in marketing, sales, operations, and management in the field of medical devices, medical imaging and radiation therapy.

Prior to joining Spectrum Dynamics, Johann held executive level management positions with Becton Dickinson, Miku Inc, Fujifilm Healthcare, Accuray Inc, Philips Medical Systems and ADAC Laboratories.

Johann has a Ph.D. in Medical Imaging from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Marketing MBA from Case Western Reserve University and an Executive Certificate for Technology, Operations and Value Chain Management from MIT.

IgorNaroditskyis responsible for the Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance of Spectrum Dynamics Medical.

Igorbrings over 20 years of solid quality, regulatory and engineering experience in the healthcare and capital equipmentindustry. Prior to joining Spectrum Dynamics,Igorserved as Vice President of Quality and Regulatory atKarmelSonix(ASX: KSI), an Australian healthcare company. Before that, he served for 10 years as Director of Global Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs atCamtek(NYSE: CAMT).

Igorholds a BScdegree in Industrial Engineeringfrom Ben Gurion Universityand aMScdegreein System Engineering and Managementfrom the Technion Institute of Technologyandis a Certified Quality Engineer.

Shlomi Aloya

Shlomi Aloya is responsible forleading theglobalcustomer support organization ofSpectrum Dynamics Medical.

Shlomi has a vast service, operation and R&D experience of over 22 years in leading technical teams for capital equipment companies.

Shlomi holds BA Executives degree Business Administration and a M.A. Decision making & Negotiation

Ruthie Ben–Kishserves as the director of software developmentandmanages the main products development programsin Spectrum Dynamics Medical.

Ruthiejoined the company assoftwaredepartmentmanager andwasthenpromoted toDirector ofSoftwaredevelopmentbefore assuming her current role.Ruthie brings to SpectrumDynamicsMedicalover 25 years of experience in development of medical imaging and diagnostic systems of multiple modalities.

Ruthie holds aBScdegreein Electrical Engineering andaMScdegreein Biomedical Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology.

Dalia Shiti serves as Spectrum Dynamics Medical Vice President of clinical applications being responsible for theapplications training of the company’s customers worldwide.

In her previousrolesin thecompanyDalia servedasclinicalapplicationsspecialist and clinical applicationmanager.

Before joining the company Daliaserved asleadingtechnicianinBnai Zion Medical Center, Israel.

Collin Schaeffer serves as Vice President of Marketing forSpectrum Dynamics Medical and is responsible forleading theglobalmarketing organization.

Prior to joining the company and through his more than 17 years in the nuclear medicine and molecular imaging industry, Collin gained an array of experience in marketing, product management, and R&D.

Collin holds a Bachelor of Science in nuclear medicine technology.

Nilda Riverais responsible for the worldwide marketing activities of Spectrum Dynamics Medical includingtrade shows, advertisement, web and social media, productsdefinition,sales tooldevelopmentetc.

Prior to joining the company Nilda workedatGEfor many years andheldvariousseniornuclear medicine and PETsales and marketingroles. Before joining GE Nilda worked as staffnuclearmedicinetechnologist/clinicalinstructorUniversity of Miami Jackson Memorial Hospital.

Nilda holds aBScdegree inBiology/Chemistry from theUniversity of Miami and is also nuclear medicine technologist.
